Abstract Submission Update - IMMUNOLOGY2026™

Important Update for Abstract Presenters

The American Association of Immunologists (AAI) extends its sincere appreciation to everyone whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at IMMUNOLOGY2026™. We are honored to include your work in this year’s scientific program.

AAI is currently in the final stages of completing the comprehensive scheduling process for all abstract‑based sessions. This process includes confirming presentation and poster dates, times, room assignments, board numbers, and all associated logistical details. Due to the complexity of the program and the high volume of presentations, final confirmations are taking slightly longer than anticipated. We regret any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. Here’s what you can expect next:

All podium presenters will receive full details about their presentation on Tuesday February 24, 2026.
All AAI Award notifications will be sent on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
All poster presenters will receive full details about their presentation no later than Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Please Note: An AAI account is required to submit an abstract. AAI has launched a new and improved account platform. To register for an account, please visit members.aai.org. If you already have an AAI account but haven’t accessed the new system yet, go to members.aai.org to request a password reset. You can find more information and guidance in our User Guide. Once you’ve logged in, you can access the Abstract Submission Portal by clicking the “Submit an Abstract” button in your profile (see the screenshot for an example).

Members enjoy complimentary regular abstract submission. To submit an abstract for free, your membership must be renewed for 2026. Become an AAI member or renew your membership for 2026 to take advantage of the complimentary submission fee.
